My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, although not the most updated or clean, had very comfortable beds and a nice touch with the flowers. The service, particularly from the maids, was fantastic and they were always ready to assist. The location was convenient within the 'Suites' area, near themed restaurants and the beach, although lacking a bit in terms of in-water amenities. The dining options, especially the grill outside with daily lobster specials, were a highlight. The facilities were decent, but there were some noticeable areas that could use improvement.
